Juniper to take Pitmans

Filed on 29 Jun 2007 @ 06:34

Michael Bell has his horses in great form and the ultra consistent JUNIPER GIRL can go one better than at Royal Ascot last time by taking the 'Pitmans Derby' up at Newcastle. This big rangy filly acts on virtually any going and will be coming home well,in what should turn out to be a severe test of stamina, bearing in mind the recent wet conditions that have hit the country. Luke Morriss knows the filly very well and I expect a very good run here.

David Simcock sends VAINGLORY up to Chester this Saturday and the spoils can be landed at the Roman track.

Sir Mark is having a solid season so far and the impeccable Heath House handler should be on the ball with the progessive BEE EATER who should take all the beating in the 4.10 here at HQ on Saturday.

At the same meeting watch out for Michael Jarvis introducing a decent newcomer in the opener called COOL JUDGEMENT who is catching the eye in home gallops.
