This is the first Group win and third stakes win in all for seven-year-old Missunited, who was second at Listed level on three occasions last summer, won the valuable Galway Hurdle, and was a fine third in the Gold Cup at Ascot last time. By Golan, she is out of a winning half sister to Group Three Oettingen Rennen winner Hoyer.

Cavalryman is having a fine season at the age of eight, winning a Meydan Group Three and finishing second in the Dubai Gold Cup there before winning the Group Two Princess of Wales's Stakes on his European bow last time. This is the seventh stakes win in all for Cavalryman, who won the Group One Grand Prix de Paris in 2009. A Darley homebred, he is a three quarters brother to Finity, Group Three-placed for John Oxx, and to four other winners, out of the Group Three-placed Highest Honor mare Silversword, who has been through the ring twice since foaling Cavalryman, fetching €35,000 at Goffs in 2007 and €100,000 at Arqana in 2009. She in turn is an own sister to Listed winner and Goodwood Cup winner Double Honour.

Ivawood made a big impression when winning a Sandown maiden last month, and delivered in style to win the Group Two July Stakes last time, pulling well clear of his rivals. A €65,000 Goffs foal purchase, he realised 220,000 gns at Tattersalls as a yearling. He is the first foal out of the Red Ransom mare Keenes Royale, a three time winner over 12f and herself a 140,000 gns yearling (she later sold for €48,000 gns as a broodmare at Goffs after foaling Ivawood). The dam is a half sister to Group Two Royal Lodge winner Berkshire.
Ivawood is the leading earner for Flying Childers winner Zebedee, who has 18 winners from 61 runners and moves past Fast Company to take the lead on the first crop sires table.

Second to Western Hymn in a Kempton maiden on debut and the winner of the Listed Conqueror Stakes at Goodwood in early May, Be My Gal was third in the Group Three Prix Chloe last time, and has never been out of the places in five career starts. She is the first winner out of the Listed-placed Danehill Dancer mare Longing To Dance, a 260,000 gns broodmare purchase and a half sister to Group Three Polar Cup winner King Quantas and to Halland Park Lass, the dam of Dutch Art. The next dam, Palacegate Episode, is a Group Three winner and a sister to stakes winner Another Episode and half sister to Palacegate Jack.
This is the 25th European stakes winner of the season for Galileo - more than double his nearest rival, Shamardal, with 12.

This is the 24th stakes winner of the season for Galileo, and takes the multiple champion sire to within a hair's breadth of £5m in European and UAE earnings this year. 21 of his 2014 juveniles have run so far, with 10 of them winning, two at Group level, the other being last week's Tyros winner Gleneagles.

Kingman was a dominant winner of the Greenham Stakes before suffering his sole defeat when second to Night Of Thunder in the 2000 Guineas. He put that behind him when running out an impressive winner of the Irish 2000 Guineas eclipsed that with a commanding performance in the St James's Palace and showed his blistering turn of foot again here. He is a half brother to Group Three Tercentenary Stakes winner Remote (by Dansili, from the Danehill branch of the Danzig line, as against Invincible Spirit's Green Desert branch) and to the winner Panzanella out of Group One Poule d'Essai des Pouliches winner Zenda, a Zamindar half sister to Oasis Dream (who is also from the Green Desert branch of the Danzig line). The second dam, Hope, is an own sister to Irish Oaks winner Wemyss Bight, the dam of Group One winner Beat Hollow.
Kingman is one of nine stakes winners this season for Invincible Spirit, and the Irish National Stud resident heads the table of leading sires of milers.

Snow Sky is the second Group winner, and one of five stakes winners in all, for Nayef this season. The Shadwell resident has an overall AEI of 1.1, but his 2010 and 2011 crops have bucked that trend, with AEIs of 1.8 and 1.4 off fees of £15,000, increased from £10,000 after the Group One-winning performances of Lady Marian and Tamayuz in 2008.

Taghrooda became Sea The Stars' first Classic winner when winning the Oaks, and the second season sire followed that with Sea The Moon's extraordinary 11 length victory in the German Derby. The Gilltown Stud resident has six stakes winners and moves ahead of Mastercraftsman to lead the second crop sires table. His AEI was 4.3 before today, and he moves ahead of Dansili into fifth on the general sires list.
