This is a first Group One of the season for Cheveley Park sire Pivotal, whose daughter Sariska ran a fine Group Three Oaks trial at York this week. The son of Polar Falcon now has 25 winners in Europe this year from 119 runners; Mocklershill Stables in Ireland have sold all three Pivotal two-year-olds sold at auction this spring for an average of £88,000.
