Derby winner High Chaparral had his first stakes winner on Sunday when Senlis (High Chaparral - Senebrova, by Warning) won the Group Three Premio Parioli over a mile at Rome, romping home by six lengths from Eustachione. Eldest was third.

Second to Farrel in the Lised Premio Gardone earleir this month, Senlis was bred by Compagnia Generale S R L. He is a half brother to a Group Two placed colt out of a Group Three winning dam.

The Listed Premi Natale di Roma was won for the second successive year by the evergreen five-year-old Miles Gloriosus (Repriced).
